1. Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are an EU-based consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (according to EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at support@guuuds.com before the deadline.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • in the same condition as received,

  • unworn or unused, with tags,

  • in its original packaging.

You will also need proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


3. Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.


5. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is accepted.


6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Please note: banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time.

7. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Blind box products: Once opened, blind box items (collectible figures, cards, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Items that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., wigs, innerwear, earrings).

  • Digital products or downloads.
