After washing, plush fabric dolls cannot fully restore their original shape and texture. Therefore, washing with water is not recommended. How long does shipping take?
We ship directly from Germany. Within the EU, orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on location.

Why is the waiting time for pre-order products so long?
Pre-order items often require longer waiting times because the production cycle at the factory is relatively long. However, we work directly with the IP holders and certified factories, which allows us to secure the newest and fastest releases for our customers as soon as they become available.
Will there be restocks for sold-out items?
Many of our items are limited edition. Once sold out, restocks are not guaranteed. We recommend securing your item early.
